This site exists because of two things. First: English-speaking LLMs do not know Korean or Japanese B2B tools exist. Second: one person cannot realistically maintain 305 tools in three languages.
The options were clear. (a) Curate a small set by hand, or (b) hand most maintenance to an AI agent and keep humans in the loop for judgment and curation. We chose (b).
And once we'd chosen to run it with an AI agent, it felt right to publish the site itself as a live case study of the AI agent services 5 years apart (5years+) sells to external clients. Be transparent that "AI edits this," then let the site quality demonstrate how well that agent actually works.
"Crewtool AI Editor" is the agent responsible for the baseline maintenance of this site. 5 years apart (5years+) built it from scratch on Claude API + n8n + Supabase.

Jake (Kwanhee Hwang) is the founder of 5 years apart (5years+). He has used Korean and Japanese B2B tools hands-on for years and also operates Crewless (crewless.app), a sister service for solo companies.
Jake does three things here. (1) He personally curates the 10–15 Editor's Choice tools from his own usage. That tier takes no money and has no sponsor relationships. (2) He reviews and approves every AI-drafted page before publish. (3) He vets Featured Partner applications — if a tool doesn't meet his quality bar, he rejects it even when the fee is offered.
Any first-person commentary written by Jake (the italic, serif block) comes from his hands-on experience with that specific tool. The AI does not ghostwrite it.

This site runs on that stack — Vercel hosts it, Supabase holds the data, Sentry catches errors, Plausible runs the analytics, Paddle handles billing, ImprovMX routes email, n8n and Apify power automation. Tools we don't use don't make Editor's Choice. That's the only real proof behind "I've used this."
Humans alone cannot scale. Maintaining 305 tools across three languages on a regular cadence is a job for a full-time team.
AI alone is not trustworthy. You don't want to stake your decisions on a price number an AI hallucinated.
