Definition
A 품의서 (pumuiseo) is a written proposal a Korean employee submits to higher approvers to authorize decisions, spending, or contracts. Structurally similar to Japanese 稟議書 but typically more concise in Korea.

- Title, date, submitter - Background, purpose - Details (amount, term, contract conditions) - Attachments (quotes, draft contracts) - Approval chain (owner → team lead → dept head → CEO)
